Creamy-licious Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Number one reaction I get when serving this dessert is “There’s no way there’s tofu in this”, but hey, if there’s a will, there’s a way.

Tofu chocolate mousse is a great healthier alternative to regular mousse. It's low in calories and fat, with protein from tofu, which is also an excellent source of calcium and other nutrients. Presenting a mousse so creamy, you’ll forget it’s made of tofu. Whoever said healthy food can’t be delicious?
